1.Get your supplies a soccer ball


2.Practice in a grassy area


3.Put your dominant leg over the ball


4. Put your weak leg behind the ball


5.Roll your back leg up so your picking up the ball


6.Then pick up your front leg while you're picking up the back leg with the ball


7.If you do it right the ball will go over you or besides you


8.Practice this first wihtout the ball moving
